OSA ITS Kft. is based in Budakeszi, near Budapest. We work on site in Budapest and Pest county and remotely elsewhere in Hungary.
How we work
Every client has a named engineer with a direct phone number who knows your environment.
Every call and email becomes a ticket, and the monthly report is built from those tickets. That gives your local manager and your head office the same view of what was reported, what was done and what is still open.

Zabbix
Continuous monitoring of servers, network devices and backups, with alerting.
FreeScout
Ticketing: every call and email can be traced, and the monthly report comes from it.
ESET
Centrally managed endpoint protection, as an ESET partner.
Microsoft CSP
Microsoft 365 licences as a CSP reseller, in the same contract as operations.
Where we work
We are based in Budakeszi, so we work on site in Budapest and Pest county. Elsewhere in Hungary we can provide remote operations if the environment allows it; any on-site needs are set out in the quote.
