A stable IT backbone for your company: managed IT at a predictable monthly fee.
OSA ITS Kft. runs IT for small and mid-sized firms in Budapest and Pest county from its base just outside Budapest. If your company is owned or managed from abroad, we act as the local hands on site and can keep your head office informed in English.
Who we work for
We work for small and mid-sized firms, with a particular focus on accounting and audit firms, whose day-to-day work depends on IT being available. For a foreign-owned subsidiary this usually means the group IT team sets standards from abroad, while someone in Budapest has to plug in the laptops, fix the printer and restore the file server.
That second part is what we do. Where your group has standards, we can work to them, document what we find, and provide reports in English, so the IT lead at head office does not have to rely on second-hand descriptions.
How we start
We suggest three steps, so that each decision is based on something in writing.
Free IT quick check
Network discovery plus a sample of your servers and two or three workstations, remotely or in two hours on site, with read-only access. Within 48 hours you get a one-page written report with 3–5 findings and a risk rating.
IT audit from HUF 149,000 + VAT
If it makes sense to go deeper, the audit starts within 3 business days and the written report follows within 7–10 business days. It doubles as handover documentation: an asset inventory and access register that belong to you from day one.
Monthly managed IT
The contract runs for a fixed 12 months, then becomes open-ended. One twelfth of the audit fee is credited against each monthly invoice, and we send a tailored quote within 3 business days.
What we commit to in writing
These points go into the contract, so the scope is clear to both sides. A response time is when an engineer starts working on the issue; how long the fix takes depends on the fault.
P1 (a server-level or office-level outage): response within 4 hours during business hours.
Single-user issues, such as one PC or one monitor: response on the next business day.
A named engineer with a direct phone number who knows your environment, so each request reaches the right person first time.
Every call becomes a ticket, and the monthly report is built from those tickets, so it can be forwarded to head office as it is.
Your IT documentation (asset inventory and access register) belongs to you, so you can take it with you if you change provider.
Two examples of our work
Both projects are shown without client names, using only figures recorded in the project documentation.
Microsoft 365 migration
Exchange 2019 to Microsoft 365 via a hybrid migration, for a 43-user accounting firm
Starting point
The firm ran its email on an on-premises Exchange 2019 server that had fallen behind on updates. Microsoft support for the product ended on 14 October 2025, so the move needed to happen soon, without disrupting day-to-day work.
What we did
- Before the migration we installed the last cumulative update and security fix on the existing server, so it ran on the latest available patch level during the transition.
- We set up a full hybrid configuration and Entra Connect directory synchronisation between the on-premises environment and Microsoft 365.
- Mailboxes moved in waves using remote moves, after the archive PST files had been slimmed down.
In numbers
- users, 45 Microsoft 365 Business Standard licences
- 43
- of mailbox data, plus 6 GB of shared mailboxes
- approx. 622 GB
- of downtime for the pilot moves, with a “Perfect” data consistency score
- 41 s
- from the pilot to the last migration wave
- approx. 10 days
Outcome
All user mailboxes are in Exchange Online; decommissioning of the on-premises Exchange server is in progress.
Copilot data-handling audit
Copilot and AI data-handling audit in the shared Microsoft 365 tenant of an audit-firm group
Starting point
The member firms of the group share one Microsoft 365 tenant, where 13 users ran 3,662 Copilot interactions over 180 days and 9 users uploaded 178 files. The purpose was a read-only picture of data-boundary risks before policy work began.
What we did
- Using read-only Graph, Exchange and Purview queries only, we processed 180 days of Copilot usage.
- We also checked four portal settings by hand; no tenant setting was changed during the audit.
In numbers
- Copilot interactions by 13 users over 180 days
- 3,662
- file uploads by 9 users
- 178
- retention policies, retention labels and sensitivity labels
- 0 / 0 / 0
- decision points in the report
- 4
Outcome
A report on open data-boundary risks, used as the basis for drafting a policy.
Partnerships
We supply Microsoft 365 licences as a Microsoft CSP reseller and endpoint protection as an ESET partner, so licences and operations can sit in one contract.
- Microsoft CSP reseller
- ESET partner

Frequently asked questions
What exactly does the 4-hour response time mean?
For a server-level or office-level outage, an engineer starts working on the issue within 4 hours during business hours and tells you the next step. How long the fix takes depends on the fault, so the response time is not a resolution deadline. Single-user issues get a response on the next business day.
How much does managed IT cost?
We set the monthly fee to fit your environment, because it depends on the number of devices, servers and sites and on how much on-site presence you need, and we itemise it in writing in advance. After the quick check or the audit we send a tailored quote within 3 business days. We publish two prices: the IT audit from HUF 149,000 + VAT, one twelfth of which is credited against each monthly fee of a 12-month contract, and the Copilot and AI data-handling audit at HUF 120,000 + VAT standalone or HUF 60,000 + VAT with the IT audit.
Can you report to our head office in English?
Yes, we can provide tickets, the monthly report and the audit report in English. Your local staff can still call us in Hungarian.
What happens if we change provider?
Taking over starts with the IT audit, which inventories devices and access, so there is a written picture of what the previous provider handed over. That documentation is yours from day one, so you can take it with you if you later move on from us. There is no exit fee; on early exit only the monthly audit credit stops.
Who is the quick check for?
Companies of any size can request it: the quick check is done whatever the size of your environment, and you always receive the written report. It uses read-only access and can be requested with no further commitment.
Start with a free quick check
Within 48 hours you get a written report you can share with head office, and it stays yours whatever you decide next.
