Outsourced IT for Budapest offices: Zabbix monitoring, a ticket for every call, English reports on request and a written 4-hour P1 response time.
Microsoft 365 migration, tenant hygiene and Copilot
Exchange to Microsoft 365 hybrid migration, tenant hygiene (MFA, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and a Copilot data-handling audit for HUF 120,000 + VAT.
Servers, virtualisation and networks
Windows and Linux server administration, Hyper-V virtualisation, firewalls and VPN, Wi-Fi, backups and Zabbix monitoring for Budapest offices.
IT security for small and mid-sized firms: endpoints, backup, NIS2 readiness
IT security for small and mid-sized firms: ESET endpoint protection, 3-2-1 backups with test restores, access management and NIS2 readiness for suppliers.
Other work we take on request

How the quote is built
Quotes are based on the free quick check or the IT audit, because the monthly fee depends on devices, servers, sites and the on-site presence you need. We send the quote within 3 business days, itemised so it can be approved by head office.
The contract runs for a fixed 12 months, then becomes open-ended. One twelfth of the audit fee is credited against each monthly invoice; on early exit the credit stops, and there is no separate exit fee.
