Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data we process on osaits.hu, for what purpose and on what legal basis, who can access it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If the English and Hungarian versions differ, the Hungarian version prevails.

2. Quote and quick-check requests via the form
We use the data you enter in the form to reply, call you back and prepare a quote or quick check. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); where you act on behalf of a company, processing the contact details you give is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Data processed: company name, contact name, email, phone, number of workstations and servers, location, industry, current IT support (optional), message, and the fact of consent to this notice.
- Retention: TODO-KORNÉL. If a contract is concluded, data is kept as long as needed to perform it and to meet legal obligations.
3. Analytics and ad measurement
Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags load only after you consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you choose Decline in the cookie banner, no Google script is loaded. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, which reopens the banner; once withdrawn, the Google tags no longer load. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
Google Analytics 4 data retention is set to 14 months, and Google Signals is not used.
4. Cookies and local storage
Storage needed for the site to work is used without consent; cookies that need consent are set only after you accept.
- osaits-consent (browser local storage): records your cookie choice until you clear browser data. No consent needed.
- _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics 4): only after consent, for up to 2 years.
- _gcl_au (Google Ads): only after consent, for up to 90 days.
5. Processors and international transfers
The following processors handle data on our behalf. Transfers to the United States rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
- Formspree, Inc. (United States): receives form submissions and forwards them to the sales@osaits.hu mailbox.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States): website hosting and the Turnstile bot filter, which checks technical characteristics when the form is submitted.
- Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland): Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, only with your consent.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited: Microsoft 365, which hosts the sales@osaits.hu mailbox.
6. Your rights
You can request access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for your data in a portable format (Articles 15–21 GDPR). Send requests to sales@osaits.hu; we reply within one month.
7. Complaints
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or go to court. We suggest contacting us first, so we can resolve the issue directly.
